Please take time and read our conditions of sale and print a copy for future reference.

General terms and conditions.

1. All goods are subject to availability and may in some cases vary from those advertised.

2. Decide before ordering that the goods are suitable for your needs.

3 Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information, advertised on our website.

4. All our prices include VAT, and we holed the right to change the price of the goods from the ones advertised. Always confirm the price before placing your order.

5. We accept payment by credit or debit card, and all payments are taken at point of customer order not on dispatch of goods.

6. We charge for all deliveries, and operate through the royal mail. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery of goods; if goods are going to take longer you will be notified.  By ordering with Togs and Toggles wools and yarns.com you will be entering a postal contract.

7. If the goods are wrong, incomplete, or damaged when you open them, you must contacted us with in 5 days of receipt. Telephone-01773 765586.

8. It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. All our goods are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty. We will accept returns on faulty goods you must notified us within 5 days of delivery. Telephone-01773 765586
we will arrange for faulty goods to get back to us. They must be in their original packaging. We will not accept returns if we haven’t been notified.

9. We may take goods back on our discretion, along as they have not been opened, unused and in perfect condition all goods will be checked when they have been returned before any refunded is made. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and there will be a 10% handling charge on the price of the goods.
You must ensure that all goods are packed in a safe way when returning goods. We will take no responsibility for goods losted or damaged in the post.

10. We will not accept returns on sale items, special purchase items, Gifts, or open goods unless they are faulty

11. After delivery of the goods you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss and damage.

12. Once we have accepted, you cannot cancel. Unless this is agreed with us, them we will give you instructions on how to send the goods back. You my not open them if you do they are yours.
